About The Position

Atlantic Health is seeking a full-time family medicine or internal medicine physician with geriatric experience to join its expanding Post-Acute Care Team in Morris County, New Jersey. The physician will provide comprehensive care to adults in skilled nursing facilities throughout the Morris County area. The role calls for working independently and collaboratively with physicians and advanced practice clinicians to deliver high-quality patient care. Experience in skilled nursing facilities or with geriatric patients is preferred, as is proficiency with EPIC EMR and PointClickCare.

Requirements

Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey.
At least two years of experience required.
Strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven group.

Nice To Haves

Experience in skilled nursing facilities or with geriatric patients.
Proficiency in EPIC EMR and PointClickCare systems.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive care to adult patients in skilled nursing facilities across Morris County.
