About The Position

MDVIP is offering an ownership opportunity in an established, thriving MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice in Maricopa County, Arizona. The physician will acquire the practice and its loyal patient base, carry forward its trusted legacy, and shape the future of care. The practice emphasizes personalized, preventive outpatient medicine and meaningful, long-term relationships with patients rather than high-volume care. Physicians typically see 8–10 patients per day in longer appointments, with a manageable schedule intended to support work-life balance. The owner leads independently while having access to the resources and support of MDVIP’s national physician network.

Requirements

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Passion for patient-centered, preventive care.

Nice To Haves

• Five or more years of outpatient primary care experience is preferred.
