About The Position

MDVIP is offering an ownership opportunity in an established, thriving MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice in Northern Palm Beach County, Florida. The physician will acquire a practice with a loyal patient base and carry forward its trusted legacy while shaping its future. The practice emphasizes personalized, preventive care and meaningful, long-term patient relationships rather than volume-based care. Physicians typically see 8–10 patients per day, with longer appointments, a manageable schedule, autonomy, and support from MDVIP’s national physician network.

Requirements

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Passion for patient-centered, preventive care.
• Interest in practice ownership and long-term leadership.
• Commitment to community, legacy, and lasting patient relationships.

Nice To Haves

• At least 5 years of outpatient primary care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and lead an established primary care practice.
