About The Position

MDVIP is offering an opportunity to acquire and lead an established, thriving MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice in New Orleans, Louisiana. The physician will inherit a loyal patient base and carry forward the practice’s trusted legacy while shaping its future. The model emphasizes personalized, preventive outpatient care and meaningful, long-term patient relationships rather than high-volume visits.

The physician will typically see 8–10 patients per day, with longer appointments intended to support personal preventive care. The role offers practice ownership and independent leadership, supported by MDVIP’s national physician network and the infrastructure, tools, and resources it provides. Requirements

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Passion for patient-centered, preventive care.
• Interest in ownership and long-term practice leadership.

• Five or more years of outpatient primary care experience is preferred.
