About The Position

MDVIP is offering an ownership opportunity in an established, thriving MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice in Forsyth County, Georgia. The physician will acquire and continue a trusted practice with a loyal patient base while shaping the future of care. The model emphasizes personalized, preventive outpatient care, longer appointments, and approximately 8–10 patients per day rather than volume-based medicine. The physician will lead independently while receiving infrastructure, tools, and support through MDVIP’s national physician network. The opportunity is intended for a physician interested in practice ownership, long-term leadership, and building lasting patient and community relationships.

Requirements

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Passion for patient-centered, preventive care.
• Interest in practice ownership and long-term practice leadership.
• Commitment to community, legacy, and lasting relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Five or more years of outpatient primary care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and carry forward an established primary care practice and its trusted patient relationships.
• Provide personalized, preventive outpatient primary care, with longer appointments and a focus on wellness and meaningful patient relationships.
• Lead the practice independently while using MDVIP’s network, infrastructure, tools, and support.
• Build lasting relationships with patients and the local community.
