About The Position
MDVIP is offering an ownership opportunity in an established, thriving MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice in Cincinnati, Ohio. The physician will acquire a practice with a loyal patient base and carry forward its established relationships while leading its future direction. The model emphasizes personalized, preventive outpatient care and longer appointments, with approximately 8–10 patients seen per day. The physician will have autonomy to lead the practice while receiving infrastructure, tools, and support from MDVIP’s national physician network. The opportunity is intended for a physician interested in practice ownership and long-term leadership, with a manageable schedule designed to support work-life balance.
Requirements
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Passion for patient-centered, preventive care.
- Interest in ownership and long-term practice leadership.
- Commitment to community, legacy, and lasting relationships.

- Five or more years of outpatient primary care experience.
