About The Position

MDVIP is offering an ownership opportunity in an established, thriving MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice in Fairhope, Alabama. The physician will acquire the practice and its loyal patient base, carry forward its trusted legacy, and shape the future of care while practicing with autonomy and support from MDVIP’s national physician network.

The practice is designed around personalized, preventive outpatient care rather than volume-based medicine. Physicians see approximately 8–10 patients per day and have longer appointments to focus on wellness, prevention, and meaningful patient relationships. The opportunity offers a manageable schedule and an emphasis on work-life balance.

Requirements

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Passion for patient-centered, preventive care.
• Interest in practice ownership and long-term practice leadership.
• Commitment to community, legacy, and lasting relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Five or more years of outpatient primary care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and lead an established primary care practice, carrying forward its patient relationships and legacy.
• Provide personalized, preventive outpatient primary care focused on wellness and long-term health.
• See approximately 8–10 patients per day and conduct longer appointments.
• Build lasting relationships with patients and contribute to the local community.
• Lead the practice independently while using the resources and support of MDVIP’s national physician network.
