About The Position

One Medical is hiring an early-career primary care physician specializing in adult internal medicine for its San Francisco / Bay Area offices. The role is intended for current residents or fellows completing training in 2026 or 2027. Physicians manage a broad patient panel and provide acute, chronic, and preventive care in office and testing-center settings, with occasional telehealth visits. The position includes opportunities to use specialty clinical training and perform in-office procedures, as well as supervision of one or more NP or PA colleagues. Physicians join a tech-enabled primary care environment with a 12-week onboarding program that includes one-on-one mentoring, an individualized learning plan, and ongoing access to primary care experts nationwide. Continued learning includes weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities, with collaboration through daily in-office huddles and virtual clinical teams. The role is full time, based in a San Francisco / Bay Area office; the specific location is determined during interviews based on candidate preferences and business needs. The schedule is described as four days in clinic, with one remote day available, and may change based on business direction. The base salary range is $308,700 to $347,300 for a full-time schedule. Starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient-care schedule, and additional pay may be determined for candidates who exceed the specified qualifications and requirements. A sign-on bonus and relocation are available.
