About The Position

Full-time opportunity for an Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics physician providing post-acute care in skilled nursing facilities in the Kalamazoo area of Southwest Michigan. The role offers clinical autonomy, local and multidisciplinary support, structured onboarding with dedicated clinical mentorship, and dedicated night call coverage. Leadership advancement opportunities are available.

Estimated annual compensation is $286,000–$328,000, with uncapped fee-for-service earning potential. Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, or be a geriatrician.
• At least one year of primary care experience.
• Active Michigan medical license.
• DEA registration.

Responsibilities
