About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Physician to provide high-quality medical care in a low-acuity, low-volume emergency department setting. The role offers 24-hour shifts with a minimum commitment of three shifts per month and a flexible full-time or part-time schedule. Physicians work in a cohesive team environment with strong administrative support and collaboration from front desk staff to physicians. Multiple locations are available, including Aether Kingwood ER, Aether Spring Cypress ER, and Aether Silverlake ER.

Requirements

• Medical degree and valid physician license.
• Comfortable working independently in a low-volume, low-acuity emergency setting.
• Proficient with Electronic Medical Records, specifically EPD.
• Able to work 24-hour shifts with a minimum of three shifts per month.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in emergency medicine is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional medical care to patients presenting in the emergency department.
• Manage patient care efficiently in a low-acuity, low-volume setting.
• Use the Electronic Medical Record system (EPD) for documentation and patient management.
• Work 24-hour shifts, covering up to seven patient rooms per location.
• Collaborate with the team, including front desk staff and administration.
