About The Position

MDVIP is offering an opportunity to acquire and lead an established, thriving MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice in Paradise Valley, Arizona. The physician will inherit a loyal patient panel and carry forward the practice’s trusted legacy while shaping its future. The model emphasizes personalized, preventive outpatient care and meaningful, long-term patient relationships rather than high-volume medicine. Physicians typically see 8–10 patients per day, with longer appointments and a manageable schedule intended to support work-life balance. The physician will operate independently as an owner while having access to MDVIP’s national physician network, infrastructure, tools, and support.

Requirements

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

• Five or more years of outpatient primary care experience is preferred.
