VIPcare | Primary Care Physician - Mobile, AL
About The Position
VIPcare is seeking a Primary Care Physician to help transform primary care and support healthier lives through patient-centered care. The role is 100% outpatient and offers a small patient panel, work/life balance, and no nights or weekends. The physician will have administrative, financial, and technological resources, support from a health services team, regional physician and clinical performance coaches, a pharmacy team, collaborative forums, operations management, dashboards, quality metrics, and decision support tools. Compensation is based on a comprehensive evaluation of relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, including experience in value-based care.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted medical license, or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state; alternatively, an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida.
- At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care.
Nice To Haves
- Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics is preferred.
