About The Position

VIPcare is seeking a Primary Care Physician in Winter Haven, Florida, to provide outpatient primary care. The role supports VIPcare’s focus on improving health through collaborative, patient-centered care. Physicians work with a small patient panel and have access to administrative, financial, and technological resources, along with health services, pharmacy, physician coaching, clinical performance coaching, collaborative forums, operations dashboards, quality metrics, and decision-support tools.

The position offers a work-life balance with no nights or weekends. Compensation includes a quality-based performance bonus, with salary determined through a comprehensive evaluation of relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, particularly experience in value-based care.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted medical license, or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state, or an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida.
• At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care.

Nice To Haves

• Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics is preferred.
