About The Position
VIPcare is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide outpatient primary care and help transform care delivery toward better health. The role offers a small patient panel and a collaborative clinical environment supported by administrative, financial, and technological resources, including a health services team, pharmacy team, physician and clinical performance coaches, quality dashboards, decision-support tools, collaborative forums, and operations management. The position is based in Birmingham, Alabama. Compensation is determined through evaluation of relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, with particular consideration given to value-based care experience.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted medical license, or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state; alternatively, an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida.
- At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care.
