About The Position
VIPcare is seeking a Primary Care Physician in Winter Haven, Florida, to deliver outpatient primary care as part of a team focused on helping patients live healthier lives. The role offers a small patient panel, a work/life balance, and no nights or weekends. It is 100% outpatient and includes access to administrative, financial, and technological resources, a health services team, regional physician and clinical performance coaches, a pharmacy team, collaborative forums, operations management, dashboards, quality metrics, and decision-support tools. Compensation includes a competitive package with a quality-based performance bonus. The selected candidate's compensation will be based on a comprehensive evaluation of relevant experience, particularly in value-based care, skills, and qualifications. VIPcare also offers professional development, including a CME allowance and support from a community of peers.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted medical license, willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state, or an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida.
- At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care.
