About The Position

MDVIP is seeking a Primary Care Physician to acquire and lead an established, thriving MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The physician will inherit a loyal patient panel and continue a trusted practice legacy while shaping its future with independence and support from MDVIP’s national physician network.

The practice emphasizes personalized, preventive, outpatient care and meaningful, long-term relationships with patients. Physicians see approximately 8–10 patients per day, with longer appointments that allow time for personal preventive care. The opportunity offers a manageable schedule and the potential for practice ownership and leadership.

Requirements

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Passion for patient-centered, preventive care.
• Interest in ownership and long-term practice leadership.
• Commitment to community, legacy, and lasting relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Five or more years of outpatient primary care experience is preferred.
