About The Position

As an Associate Banker in a JPMorgan branch, you represent the brand and culture through welcoming, attentive service and the use of banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. The position is part time for 30 hours and is based at the Palm Beach Gardens Financial Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

• Customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, provide attentive and friendly service, manage lobby traffic and the waiting queue using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while following policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions in partnership with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
