About The Position
Ellis Medicine is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our practice in Glenville, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys caring for patients across the lifespan and wants to become part of a collaborative, community-focused primary care practice. Our Glenville practice serves approximately 12,000 patients, with a diverse patient population that includes both children and adults. With an established patient base, dedicated clinical support, and a strong connection to the broader Ellis Medicine system, this is an opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients while practicing comprehensive primary care. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, and visa candidates are welcome to be considered.
Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in New York State
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with patients and families
- Perform preventive health examinations and routine health screenings
- Manage chronic conditions and coordinate appropriate specialty care
- Collaborate with nursing and clinical support staff to provide efficient, patient-centered care
- Coordinate care with Ellis Medicine specialists and other members of the patient's care team
