About The Position
MDVIP is offering an ownership opportunity in an established, thriving MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice in Santa Cruz, California. The physician will acquire and carry forward a practice with a loyal patient base, while shaping its future and leading care with autonomy and support from MDVIP’s national physician network. The practice emphasizes preventive, personalized outpatient care and meaningful, long-term patient relationships rather than volume-based medicine. Physicians see approximately 8–10 patients per day, with longer appointments designed for personal preventive care. The opportunity is presented as offering a manageable schedule and work-life balance. Requirements
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

- Five or more years of outpatient primary care experience is preferred.
