About The Position

VenVisor Health is hiring a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician’s Assistant (NP/PA) to provide on-site care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Nashville, Arkansas. The position is suited to a provider who values meaningful patient relationships and a collaborative care environment. Total annual compensation is $115,000–$160,000 per year. The provider delivers primary care to residents, evaluates and treats health conditions, coordinates with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams, and supports patients and families in understanding treatment options and care goals. The role involves prolonged standing and walking, occasional lifting up to 20 pounds, computer work, lifting or moving patients, and prolonged sitting.

Requirements

Hold an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license.
Hold a state-specific license in good standing in Arkansas.
Have at least 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility.
Have strong communication, clinical, and critical-thinking skills.
Have a passion for elder care and person-centered healthcare.

Responsibilities

Provide primary care services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
Perform physical examinations and medical history assessments.
Diagnose and treat chronic and acute health conditions.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
Develop and adjust individualized care plans.
