About The Position
Oregon Medical Group, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our Primary Care team at Crescent Medical Clinic in Eugene, OR. Join a collaborative primary care team where APCs practice at the top of their license while working alongside physicians, pharmacists, nurses, care managers, and behavioral health professionals. Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/Associate program.
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate, or ability to obtain prior to start.
- Oregon license or ability to obtain prior to start.
- DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start.
- Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities
- Outpatient only Primary Care
- Partner with physicians in a shared-panel, team-based care model
- Average 16-17 patients per day
