About The Position

This part-time, entry-level retail team member position supports store operations through product stocking, merchandising, and customer service. The role helps ensure shelves are stocked and ready for customers, while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. It involves 20–36 hours per week, typically four shifts of 5–7.5 hours. Core hours are generally 6 a.m.–2 p.m., with a Tuesday overnight shift from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. into Wednesday morning for ad changes. Requirements

Must be able to work overnight.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful customer interactions when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
