About The Position

This entry-level retail team member position is responsible for delivering remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The role includes retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising. The description also outlines stocking work: keeping shelves ready for customers by moving products to their shelf locations, handling backstock and waste, and maintaining an organized work environment. The role works overnight to prepare the store for the day ahead and may support other operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to remain calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude.
Stock shelves with food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
