About The Position

At Fleet Farm, providing the best customer service is the priority. Pricing Team Members maintain up-to-date and accurate pricing of store merchandise in collaboration with the Marketing & Pricing Coordinator and Zone Team Members. The role includes completing price changes, maintaining signage and shelf labels, resolving pricing discrepancies, implementing seasonal and promotional marketing materials, and conducting price audits. Team Members also learn and use relevant IT systems and promote Fleet Farm customer loyalty, credit card, and other company initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Friendly, self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Complete price changes and maintain proper signage and shelf labels for product displays.
• Collaborate with Store Management and Zone Leads to ensure Company pricing standards are met.
• Respond promptly to pricing discrepancies throughout the store and take steps to resolve them.
• Organize and implement seasonal and promotional in-store marketing collateral according to the applicable schedule, including point-of-purchase materials, standalone signs, banners, and shelf-edge materials.
• Conduct price audit scans to ensure price accuracy.
• Coordinate and communicate the resolution of pricing and UPC discrepancies.
• Acquire a thorough working knowledge of the IT systems and tools needed to complete job responsibilities.
• Promote Fleet Farm’s customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
