About The Position

At Fleet Farm, providing the best customer service is a priority. Pricing Team Members maintain current and accurate store merchandise pricing in collaboration with the Marketing & Pricing Coordinator and Zone Team Members. The role includes completing price changes, maintaining signage and shelf labels, addressing price discrepancies, implementing seasonal and promotional marketing collateral, and conducting price audits. Team Members also support customer loyalty, credit card, and other company initiatives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and climb ladders.
• Friendly, self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Complete price changes and maintain accurate signage and shelf labels for product displays.
• Collaborate with Store Management and Zone Leads to ensure company pricing standards are met.
• Respond promptly to pricing discrepancies throughout the store and take the necessary steps to resolve them.
• Organize and implement seasonal and promotional in-store marketing collateral according to the relevant schedule, including point-of-purchase materials, standalone signs, banners, and shelf-edge materials.
• Conduct price audit scans to ensure price accuracy.
• Coordinate and communicate resolutions to pricing and UPC discrepancies.
• Acquire a thorough working knowledge of IT systems and tools needed to complete job responsibilities.
• Promote Fleet Farm’s customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
