About The Position

Fleet Farm is seeking a friendly, self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Pricing Team Member. The role is responsible for keeping store merchandise pricing accurate and up to date, working with the Marketing & Pricing Coordinator and Zone Team Members. The position also supports promotional and seasonal in-store marketing, pricing audits, and the resolution of pricing and UPC discrepancies. Team Members are expected to learn and use the IT systems and tools needed for their responsibilities and positively promote Fleet Farm customer loyalty, credit card, and other company initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders.
• Friendly, self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Complete price changes and maintain accurate signage and shelf labels for product displays.
• Collaborate with Store Management and Zone Leads to ensure Company pricing standards are met.
• Respond promptly to pricing discrepancies throughout the store and take steps to resolve them.
• Organize and implement seasonal and promotional in-store marketing collateral, ensuring signing packages are executed according to schedule. Materials may include point-of-purchase items, stand-alone signs, banners, and shelf-edge materials.
• Conduct price audit scans to verify pricing accuracy.
• Coordinate and communicate the resolution of pricing and UPC discrepancies.
• Acquire a thorough working knowledge of the IT systems and tools needed to perform job responsibilities.
• Promote Fleet Farm’s customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
