About The Position

This entry-level, part-time retail position involves customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, and stocking tasks. The team member helps keep shelves stocked and organized so customers can have a positive shopping experience, while supporting store operations and working with leadership and other team members. The schedule is 20–36 hours per week, with four shifts per week lasting 5–7.5 hours. Most shifts are during core hours of 6 a.m.–2 p.m.; the ad-change shift is Tuesday night from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Wednesday. The employee must be able to work overnight.

Requirements

Ability to work overnight, including the Tuesday 10 p.m.–Wednesday 6 a.m. ad-change shift.
Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work as part of a team and support shared goals.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful customer interactions and exceptional service when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep store operations running smoothly.
Provide customers with product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude.
