About The Position

Pricing Team Members maintain accurate, up-to-date pricing for store merchandise in collaboration with the Marketing & Pricing Coordinator and Zone Team Members. The role supports customer service by ensuring pricing, signage, shelf labels, and promotional materials are accurate and properly implemented throughout the store. The position requires a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Complete price changes and maintain proper signage and shelf labels for product displays.
• Collaborate with Store Management and Zone Leads to ensure company pricing standards are met.
• Respond promptly to pricing discrepancies throughout the store and take steps to resolve them.
• Organize and implement seasonal and promotional in-store marketing collateral, including point-of-purchase materials, standalone signs, banners, and shelf-edge materials, according to the schedule.
• Conduct price audit scans to ensure pricing accuracy.
• Coordinate and communicate the resolution of pricing and UPC discrepancies.
• Develop a thorough working knowledge of IT systems and tools needed for job responsibilities.
• Promote Fleet Farm’s customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
