About The Position

The Pricing/Scanning Coordinator ensures that price-changing procedures are followed and maintained across all departments and that merchandise prices match the prices in the computer. The role adds new and specialty items as needed, regularly scans store aisles using the in-store system and Mid Mountain to verify prices, and maintains records and verification printouts. The coordinator also orders replacement tags, ensures scales are correct and valid, provides courteous customer service, and keeps the work station and surrounding area neat and clean. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure price-changing procedures are properly followed and maintained in all departments.
• Ensure merchandise prices are consistent with prices in the computer.
• Add new and specialty items as needed.
• Regularly and systematically scan all store aisles using the in-store system and Mid Mountain to verify merchandise pricing.
• Maintain audit records of price changes.
• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers.
• Order replacement tags.
• Maintain verification printouts.
• Ensure scales are correct and valid.
• Keep the work station and surrounding area neat and clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
