About The Position

The Pricing/Scanning Coordinator ensures that price-changing procedures are followed and maintained across all departments and that merchandise prices match the prices in the computer. The role adds new and specialty items as needed, conducts regular and systematic aisle scans throughout the store using the in-store system and Mid Mountain, and maintains records and verification printouts related to price changes. The coordinator also orders replacement tags, verifies that scales are correct and valid, provides efficient and courteous customer service, and keeps the workstation and surrounding area neat and clean. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure price-changing procedures are properly followed and maintained in all departments.
• Ensure merchandise prices are consistent with prices in the computer.
• Add new and specialty items as needed.
• Conduct regular, systematic aisle scans throughout the store to verify merchandise pricing using the in-store system and Mid Mountain.
• Maintain audit records of price changes.
• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers.
• Order replacement tags.
• Maintain verification printouts.
• Ensure scales are correct and valid.
• Keep the workstation and surrounding area neat and clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
