About The Position

The Pricing/Scanning Coordinator ensures that price-changing procedures are followed and maintained in all departments, and that merchandise prices match the prices in the computer system. The role adds new and specialty items as needed, performs regular and systematic aisle scans throughout the store using the in-store system and Mid Mountain, and maintains audit records of price changes. The coordinator also orders replacement tags, maintains verification printouts, ensures scales are correct and valid, and keeps the workstation and surrounding area neat and clean. The position provides efficient and courteous customer service and may include other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure price-changing procedures are properly followed and maintained in all departments.
• Ensure merchandise prices are consistent with prices in the computer system.
• Add new and specialty items as needed.
• Perform regular, systematic aisle scans throughout the store to verify merchandise pricing using the in-store system and Mid Mountain.
• Maintain audit records of price changes.
• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers.
• Order replacement tags.
• Maintain verification printouts.
• Ensure scales are correct and valid.
• Keep the workstation and surrounding area neat and clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
