Ripple Fiber is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Pricing & Offer Manager to lead the development, deployment, and optimization of our pricing strategies and offers for both acquisition and retention. This role will sit at the center of commercial decision-making and play a critical role in driving subscriber growth, revenue performance and competitive positioning. The ideal candidate combines strong financial and analytical capabilities with practical go-to-market execution experience. They understand how pricing and promotional strategy influence consumer behavior, channel performance, product mix, and long-term customer value. This individual will work cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Analytics, and Customer Experience to ensure pricing and promotional strategies are financially sound, operationally executable, and commercially effective.
