About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Pricing Expert to lead pricing strategy and commercial modeling for complex, global IT services deals. This role will partner closely with Sales, Solutioning, Delivery, and Finance teams to develop competitive, value-driven pricing that maximizes profitability while aligning with client outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, deep knowledge of IT commercial models, and a high degree of AI fluency, leveraging data, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance pricing effectiveness and speed.

Requirements

Advanced financial modelling (Excel)
Strong understanding of cost drivers and pricing levers
AI literacy and ability to leverage automation tools
Commercial and strategic thinking
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
6-8 years in pricing, commercial finance, bid finance, deal desk
Experience in IT services / technology sector
Proven support for large-scale bids and deal negotiations
AI fluency in business context (use of GenAI / Copilot / analytics tools)
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business

Responsibilities

Lead pricing for large, complex IT services deals
Develop competitive pricing strategies aligned to client value and market benchmarks
Build financial models covering cost, revenue, and profitability
Design and apply pricing models (fixed, T&M, subscription, outcome-based)
Translate solutions into quantified business value
Leverage AI and analytics to improve pricing insights and automation
Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Finance stakeholders
Ensure governance, compliance, and continuous process improvement
