The Government Finance & Pricing Manager will serve as a key financial and business partner supporting Sterling’s growing government business. The position will work across Finance, Contracts, Bids & Proposals, Operations, and Program Management to strengthen government financial processes, develop competitive and sustainable pricing strategies, and provide financial insight that supports profitable business decisions. The position will help build and improve the financial infrastructure needed to support Sterling’s continued growth in the government market. Responsibilities will include government proposal pricing, rate development, cost modeling, indirect rate and cost allocation analysis, financial forecasting, actual-to-proposed cost analysis, and other government specific financial requirements. The role will also support activities such as incurred cost submissions, DCAA related activities, contract payment schedules, and government financial compliance. The Manager will partner with functional leaders to translate complex financial and government contracting requirements into practical processes and solutions. The role requires strong analytical and business judgment, an understanding of government contracting, and the ability to work across functional boundaries to improve financial visibility, reduce risk, and support scalable growth.
