About The Position

The Pricing Coordinator prepares and distributes customer price lists, maintains pricing models and promotion data, processes customer promotions and related payments, and supports pricing analysis and reporting. The role works with customers and internal departments to resolve pricing questions and helps improve pricing processes and data accuracy. This is a contract-to-hire hybrid position based in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience, or completion of a credible internship in a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP functions and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with pricing analysis, or strong interest and aptitude in pricing and data analysis.
• Ability to work accurately with detailed financial and promotional data.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers and calculations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Clear, professional communication with internal teams and external customers.
• Organizational skills to manage recurring weekly tasks and ongoing pricing and promotion data updates.

Responsibilities

• Calculate, prepare, and distribute accurate, complete price lists for assigned customers.
• Verify that product pricing is correct and consistently reflected on customer pricing lists.
• Enter customer promotions into the order-to-cash system accurately and promptly.
• Maintain pricing models to reflect current promotions, terms, and product information.
• Work with customers and internal departments to resolve pricing questions and concerns while providing customer service.
• Submit payments related to promotions and pricing to the accounts payable department.
• Refresh and maintain sales promotion data, including updating multiple data tabs to support accurate calculations.
• Calculate weekly payments owed to third-party distributors and ensure they are processed correctly.
• Collaborate with team members to improve pricing processes and data accuracy.
• Provide ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting as needed.
