About The Position

The Preview Confirmation Agent contacts guests with scheduled previews to confirm their appointments and help achieve the highest possible tour show rate. The agent also checks voicemail, returns guest calls as needed, and responds to guest questions while providing high-quality service. The role requires integrity when working with owners and guests, coordination with the Manager of Resort Guest Services and Director of Sales regarding exceptions and incidents, and assistance with other duties requested by a supervisor or manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
• Dependable and goal oriented.
• Self-directed and independent, while also able to work as a team player.
• Persuasive interpersonal skills to gain acceptance of ideas, plans, activities, services, or products from guests and co-workers.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong oral communication skills and excellent verbal and written skills.
• Strong work ethic, high energy level, and positive attitude.
• Willingness to pursue continuous improvement and develop knowledge and skills that support job performance.
• Knowledge and understanding of timeshare.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and balance priorities.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Call guests with scheduled previews to confirm their appointments and support a high tour show rate.
• Check voicemail messages and return guest calls when needed.
• Respond to guest questions and provide high-quality service.
• Assist the supervisor or manager with other requested duties.
• Maintain integrity when dealing with owners and guests.
• Communicate with the Manager of Resort Guest Services and Director of Sales about exceptions and incidents.
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
