About The Position

The Inside Sales Confirmation Agent supports the sales operation by confirming, scheduling, and helping ensure prospective customers attend their appointments. The role communicates with customers by phone, voicemail, and text, verifies homeowner information, addresses concerns, and helps minimize cancellations. It also coordinates with the sales team so that appointment details are passed along and transitions are smooth. Resolve customer issues tactfully and efficiently.
