About The Position

Responsibilities

Confirm homeowner information and ensure customer details are accurate and up to date.
Contact prospective customers by phone, voicemail, and text to confirm appointments and provide necessary details.
Help retain appointments by addressing customer concerns and minimizing cancellations.
Provide the sales team with relevant information before appointments and support smooth transitions.
Resolve customer issues tactfully and efficiently.
Collaborate with the team and uphold company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
Meet performance metrics and daily goals and adhere to attendance and professional standards.
