About The Position

The Prestige Fragrance Associate drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience by providing excellent service, building client relationships, demonstrating products, and offering customized recommendations across multiple fragrance brands. The role calls for enthusiasm for the fragrance and beauty industry, a competitive drive, and confidence in a fast-paced environment. This is an hourly, full-time position at Haywood Mall.

Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
Bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

Take ownership and initiative in achieving store objectives and personal and store key metrics.
Create memorable store experiences by building relationships with teammates, vendors, customers, and the community.
Build customer loyalty through excellent service, clienteling tools, and tailored product advice and recommendations.
Execute promotions, special events, and customer outreach to maximize performance and drive sales.
Use selling tools and digital devices to provide a seamless omnichannel experience and communicate inventory, assortment, and product details.
Use training tools and feedback to build product knowledge, suggestive selling skills, and expertise in industry tips and fragrance trends.
Encourage repeat client interactions as a knowledgeable and trusted resource.
Merchandise and replenish products in a timely manner; maintain visual merchandising, signing, and beauty hygiene standards in line with vendor and company directives.
Contribute to a positive store culture by building connections, sharing knowledge, and celebrating individual and team achievements.
Adapt to changing circumstances and support selling and store operations with other assigned tasks.
Support store fulfillment and asset protection by accurately and efficiently executing omnichannel and operations processes, maintaining product protection standards, and following safety guidelines.
