About The Position

As a Production Operator, you will contribute to the production, inspection, and packaging of products at American Plastics. You will make retail storage and janitorial products, remove parts from conveyor lines, trim and assemble parts, and ensure products meet specifications and customer packing requests. The role also involves supplying production lines and packing or staging areas with materials and rotating presses every two to three hours. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Be able to stand for extended periods and bend, push, pull, and lift up to 40 pounds, with team lifts up to 80 pounds.
Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
Pass a pre-employment drug screen and authorize a background check.

Responsibilities

Run a safe, clean operation that promotes zero accidents.
Lift and remove parts from the conveyor line.
Maintain product specifications and pack products according to customer requests.

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
