About The Position

Kawneer has immediate full-time openings for night-shift manufacturing positions in Springdale, Arkansas. Kawneer supplies windows and aluminum nationwide. The positions start at $19.00 per hour, with a $1 per hour shift differential for eligible 12-hour shifts. Schedules vary by department and use a continuous-operations rotation, alternating between four days (48 hours per week) and three days (36 hours per week). Employees who work the weekend before a scheduled 36-hour short week receive four gift hours to reach 40 hours. Performance-based raises are available after 90 days. The work may involve operating or working around mobile equipment, overhead cranes, and other large equipment. Conditions include varying temperatures, use of personal protective equipment, overtime requirements, and, for most positions, frequent repetitive lifting. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility is verified at hire, and visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds individually and perform moderate to heavy lifting.
• Ability to kneel and/or stand for extended periods.
• Must pass a physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility verification is required at hire.

Responsibilities
