Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
Ability to solve problems, independently researching, analyzing, memorializing and presenting resolutions without relying on step-by-step guidance.
Computer literacy, with specific proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel.
A high degree of accuracy and a keen eye for detail in work produced.
A true multitasker, that can switch tasks as needed and balance priorities without compromising the quality of work.
Ability to effectively articulate ideas and information verbally, listening with full engagement, asking questions and providing clear instruction.
Ability to convey information clearly, concisely and appropriately in written format, adjusting for the audience as needed.

Nice To Haves

Ability to serve as a technical translator, effectively communicating system information that may not be technical, but business related, to technical professionals.

Responsibilities

Implements and maintains prescription drug formularies and pricing as outlined in benefit plans, updating based on approved changes as directed.
Performs system updates and provides results for QA testing.
Conducts a variety of analysis studies for review by business and management.
Research new benefit design and automation opportunities then develop requirements for system enhancements related to prescription drug benefits.
Serves as a Technical Consultant for prescription drug related inquiries, responding timely to benefits related inquiries from the Customer Service team.
