About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a dependable, responsible Bus Driver to transport school-age children from multiple local schools to the center for after-school care. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to children’s well-being and make a positive impact. Additional driving opportunities may be available during the summer camp program.

This is a part-time role scheduled Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM–3:30 PM, for approximately 22.5 hours per week. The franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Wisconsin Class C driver's license.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Genuine desire to make a difference in children's lives.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm, professional, and effective in challenging situations.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of bus driving experience.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
• Experience working with school-age children ages 5–14.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and transport school-age children from multiple local schools to the center for after-school care.
