About The Position

The Preschool Bus Driver is responsible for safely transporting school-age children from multiple local schools to the center for after-school care. The position is part-time, scheduled Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM, for approximately 22.5 hours per week. Additional driving opportunities may be available during the summer camp program. The role offers the opportunity to make a positive difference in children's lives while contributing to a supportive, collaborative team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Wisconsin Class C driver's license.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Genuine desire to make a difference in children's lives.
• Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm, professional, and effective in challenging situations.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of bus driving experience.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
• Experience working with school-age children ages 5–14.
