About The Position
Prep Cooks are members of Chili’s Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare foods, complete assigned prep work, stock and set up stations, and follow recipe, safety, and sanitation procedures. The role calls for teamwork and contributing to a safe and welcoming environment in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
