About The Position

Circa 1886 is seeking a part-time Morning Prep Cook for its fine dining restaurant. Experience in fine dining or upscale catering is important, along with a good knowledge of hors d'oeuvres and sauce making. The ideal candidate keeps a level head, accepts constructive criticism, loves cooking, and takes pride in their ingredients and station.

The position requires at least 2–3 shifts per week between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m., including weekend availability. Pay is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Work a minimum of 2–3 shifts per week between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.

• Stand and work continuously in confined spaces for long periods.
• Lift, bend, stoop, walk, push, and pull heavy equipment for long periods, including loads of 50 pounds or more.
• Perform duties in extreme temperature ranges.
• Use kitchen equipment with sufficient dexterity.
