About The Position
Prep Cooks are Heart of House Team Members responsible for setting the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role prepares food according to recipes, stocks and sets up stations, follows safety and sanitation procedures, and helps maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Candidates should be friendly and caring with team members, able to act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and able to use common food-preparation equipment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
Requirements

- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.

- Properly execute all recipe procedures.
- Prepare a variety of foods using different preparation methods.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up stations.
