About The Position

Chili’s bartenders serve food and drinks while creating a lively atmosphere through hospitality and excellent service. The role involves providing an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest, maintaining current knowledge of food and beverages, and helping create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Bartenders work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and may be scheduled part-time or full-time.

Requirements

• Meet the minimum age requirement for the position in the applicable locality.
• Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Be able to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
• Work as a team player.
• Have a positive, outgoing attitude and a genuine desire to exceed Guests’ expectations.
