About The Position

Prep Cooks, part of Chili's Heart of House team, help set the pace for each shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to company recipes and procedures, complete assigned prep work, and help keep kitchen stations stocked and set up. The role contributes to a safe and welcoming environment and calls for teamwork and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service or preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
