About The Position

Line Cooks, called Heart of House Team Members at Chili’s, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to company recipes and procedures, keeping the kitchen clean and safe, and helping ensure food orders move continuously from the kitchen. Teamwork and contributing to a welcoming environment are important parts of the position.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
